Various purposes: runs smib, monitors the webcam for security, ...

Toad has got a small webcam attached and runs smib. He's deemed "hackable" in that anyone can ask for an account on him, and we're not too precious about what you do to him so long as he keeps working (e.g. if you want to hook something up to the GPIO that'd fine - just test it on another RPi first!). If he gets abused then we'll think about locking down permissions more, so please be responsible.
